How to Order a Repeat Prescription

Repeat prescriptions can be made in person, online or by post. We will need two working days to ensure the prescription is prepared, verified and signed. If you need your prescription sent to you, please provide a S.A.E, but also allow an extra day for delivery.

If you are a housebound patient we do accept telephone requests for prescriptions.

Your medication review date will also be displayed on the repeat prescription form.

Prescription requests can also be made in the following ways

We are unable to take orders or issue prescriptions at weekends, public holidays or out of normal surgery hours.

Please allow two full working days before collection and make allowances for weekends and public holidays. Prescription requests will not be taken over the telephone.
